Staging of Luxury Resort Built by Frank Lloyd Wright's Apprentice
This transformative project encompassed the complete renovation of several key spaces within this remarkable residence, including the living room, dining room, master bedroom, two guest bedrooms, and den. With each area presenting its unique opportunities and challenges, my objective was to seamlessly blend modern enhancements with the enduring architectural legacy inherited from Frank Lloyd Wright's apprentice.
Taking on the mantle of design curator, I meticulously conceptualized every aspect, ensuring a seamless fusion of contemporary elements with the home's timeless architectural lineage. From initial sketches to final touches, I navigated the delicate balance between innovation and tradition with precision and care.
Drawing inspiration from the rich legacy of Wright's teachings, I crafted mood boards and sample boards that encapsulated the essence of modernity while honoring the enduring principles of his design philosophy. Each selection of finishes and furniture was thoughtfully curated to harmonize with the home's architectural integrity.
Leveraging cutting-edge technology, I brought my vision to life through immersive 3D renderings, providing a glimpse into the envisioned transformation. These renderings served as invaluable tools for visualization and decision-making throughout the project's evolution.
In tandem with the creative process, I meticulously prepared a comprehensive set of drawings, ensuring clarity and accuracy in translating the design vision into reality. Every detail was meticulously documented to guide the implementation process seamlessly.
